The goalie reacts by being smart or dumb, either diving early to save the ball or waiting till the last second to do so. At times, the goalie seems to protect some paths of the ball, which requires careful planning of where to direct the ball. The speed of the game goes up as the level progression requires more goals, which necessitates quick reflexes from the player. Every time a goal is made, points are accrued, but when the ball misses the target or when the goalie blocks the shot, the game can be over. As the player progresses, other balls can be unlocked based on the points gained, which acts as an inspiration to continue the game.
