How to play Basketball Stars
In Basketball Stars, the objective is to claim victory by making as many baskets as possible before time runs out. Try to use offensive and defensive moves strategically to score more points while preventing the opponents from doing so.
Game modes
To start, select a mode:
Quick Match: Fast 1v1 game against bots
1 Player: Play solo or team up with a bot, competing against opponents in a tournament or random match.
2-Player Mode: Play with a friend on the same PC.
Tutorial: Learn how to play and practice without pressure.
When you are ready, jump into the match and shoot hoops whenever you can. Move strategically, shoot, jump shot, and dunk while trying to block your opponent's attempts to score. Time your jump to grab the ball, steal it from the opponent, and use dash to outmaneuver them and create space. Use your super shot when you’re open; this kind of shot is nearly unblockable.
How to control players:
1-player mode:
- WASD or arrow keys for movement
- Press X or L to shoot or steal the ball
- S to pump or block the ball
- Press A or D twice or the left/right arrow 2 times to dash
- K or Z for super shot
2-player mode:
- Movement: WASD (player 1) and arrow keys (player 2)
- Shoot or steal the ball: B (player 1) and L (player 2)
- Pump by pressing S (player 1) or the down arrow key (player 2)
- Dash by pressing A or D twice (player 1) or the left or right arrow keys twice
- K or Z to super shot

Use Dash to dodge opponents or close in quickly on defense.
Time your blocks—jump just as the opponent shoots.
