To throw the knife, you simply need to click and drag the mouse upwards to set the direction and the amount of force. The longer the drag, the more powerful and the more spins the knife will make when it is airborne. Conversely, the shorter the drag, the less powerful and the fewer spins the knife will make when it is airborne.
