Doodle Baseball, or Google Doodle Baseball, is a fun, charming baseball simulator game released by Google in 2019. The game features simple yet highly addictive baseball gameplay where the goal is simply to hit as many pitches as you can and rack up the highest run score possible.
Gameplay at a Glance
You play as food-themed characters (like hot dogs, burgers, nachos, cherries, corn, apples, etc.) facing off against peanut pitchers. As a batter, you need to swing and accurately hit as many pitches as possible without striking out. Each successful hit earns run points, so aim to rack up your score with perfect strikes, especially home runs.
You’ll face different pitch types (some slow and easy, others lightning-fast or curving wildly). Use your timing and precision to hit the ball perfectly. Still, remember: the game gets progressively harder with faster and trickier pitches.
How to Play Doodle Baseball
Timing is everything in this game. Press the spacebar or click the left mouse button to swing that bat. Swing the ball at the right moment to hit the ball at the right angle and with the best power to make it fly far. Swinging too early or too late causes you to miss the ball!
Score points. Each hit earns you points; remember: the farther you hit the ball, the more points you earn. Aim for home runs, which yield a maximum score boost.
Keep playing until you’re out. The game ends when you strike out three times, showing your total score. You can restart to try for a new high score.
